The blush-based look uses shades of red and pink to create a feminine flush across the lips, cheeks, and complexion. The result is both youthful and fashion forward, and particularly suits tan and deep skin tones.
“Personally I think strawberry makeup is popular, because of the blue-red undertones of the whole look. It suits and flatters basically every undertone and skin color,” says Hessa Alajaji. Recreating the look for her social media followers, the Saudi makeup artist and founder of makeup brush brand Han Makeup uses a mid-red blush across her face to create a youthful color pop.
