If there’s one collection from skincare specialist Sisley that has taken over the internet it has to be Black Rose. If you’ve ever been fortunate enough to dip your (carefully cleaned) fingers into a pot of its infusion cream and slathered it onto your skin, you know what we’re talking about. That’s not even mentioning the joy that comes from adding a few drops of its precious face oil to the mix or giving dry and lackluster skin a boost with its cream mask. All three-offer unique sensorial experiences, that not only feel ultra-luxurious but are combined with a delicate scent. Joining this trio of cult formulas is Sisley’s Black Rose Eye Contour Fluid.

Understanding that the eye contour area is incredibly delicate requiring specific care, this formula has been created to smooth and revive. The delicate pink-hued emulsion arrives in a pen-like tube that features a cold precision ceramic lip to help you apply and stimulate the area. Moving it around the eye, the lightweight texture simply melts into the skin also helping to decongest the area. Encased in the formula are micro-pearls which also help to offer an illuminating effect.

The formula itself combines three actions. The first contains Aqueous black rose extract which works to instantly even out the skin texture. Padina pavonica extract goes a little bit deeper looking to strengthen the skin’s hydric layer which in turn, helps to encourage hydration. Vitamin E acetate offers up powerful anti-free radical properties which assist in protecting the delicate skin of the eye contour area. Step two is all about revitalizing with red vine extract toning and brightening whilst caffeine helps to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Last but not least the focus is on brightening. Derived from aquatic plants rich in phytonutrients, chlorella extract boosts energy and helps to restore vitality.
