Selena Gomez is the latest in a slew of stars to embrace the joy-inducing glam details, as seen in her recent Instagram posts.

The latest update shared with her 425 million followers is a carousel in which the 30-year-old is debuting her blonde mane, with the caption simply reading “👱🏼♀️”. The first and second pictures show her new hair slicked back, while the third has her posing in a voluminous ‘do resembling Marilyn Monroe’s, and the last is a casual mirror selfie with her dark roots on full display. Besides the dye job, another step in Gomez’s transformation of her version of Barbie is a pink manicure.

Earlier this week, the singer and actor also took to Instagram Stories to share a peek at her new nails colored in an opaque and bright bubblegum hue, clutching a pink handbag, as her floral dress is seen in the background. The post was followed by another from celebrity nail artist Tom Bachik, who revealed the specific products he used to achieve the ultra-girly set. “When @selenagomez wants a Happy Color 💅🏼 What’s happier than a Barbie Pink,” he captioned the photo. These are not the only pink nails on Bachik’s Instagram feed, which also features his recent work for Barbie herself, aka Margot Robbie, on her press tour.

Other renowned names who also hopped on the Barbie manicure trend include Dua Lipa, who attended the film’s premiere in wearable pink French tips, and Megan Fox who sported an edgier pink set with chrome details last month.
