Historically, couture week is a time where makeup artists get to truly flex their creativity. Whether they go all out glamour or perfect the no-makeup, makeup look the beauty can sometimes give the clothes a run for their money. One of the first up this week is Schiaparelli. English makeup artist Lucia Pieroni alongside the MAC PRO team decided to opt for a little bit of both. Flawless skin was key to each models look. Creating added radiance with touches of bronze and highlight, it appears the message is just because it’s fall, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be looking a little sun-kissed.
Next, brows were groomed with eyes kept simple. Think a subtle shine from the same highlighter palette, holding the mascara. The completed look for some models, the majority brought a little extra shine to the runway. Letting their lips do the talking Pieroni coated pouts in a variety of shades of lipstick including pink, red and green before adding glitter to the mix. The most wearable arrived in a clear look with gold flecks of sparkle making lips pop.
