Brace yourselves: Rihanna just announced the launch date of Fenty Beauty, and it’s sooner than you think. The mega popstar took to Instagram to reveal that the makeup line – the label’s first foray into beauty – will drop globally on September 8, coinciding with New York Fashion Week, where the Fenty Puma by Rihanna show will be returning after a brief stint in Paris. The makeup collection will be available at Sephora retailers around the world, including the Middle East.
Not much has been revealed about the actual products, but we do know that we can expect a highlighter, thanks to a sneak peek video on Instagram where Rihanna revealed to an enquiring fan that the iridescent pigment on her temples was, in fact, from her own range. And considering Rihanna’s recent endeavors – including Fenty Puma by Rihanna, a Manolo Blahnik collaboration, and a Chopard jewelry collection – we are certain the makeup collection will be nothing short of epic.
