Jennifer Lopez perfected classic bridal beauty this weekend, marrying beau Ben Affleck — for a second time — at the couple’s country mansion in the US state of Georgia. The actress and singer paired each of her three Ralph Lauren wedding dresses with a bridal hair style from celebrity hair stylist Chris Appleton. Both her ceremony and reception hair styles incorporated a fresh and off-the-face look, with a back-combed part. While her warm brown locks cascaded down her back for the first half of the day, Appleton converted the loose lengths into a timeless chignon for the remainder of the night.
“[Her] first look hair was pulled back of the face, and soft and bouncy in the back, then we dressed the hair into a intricate elegant updo,” posted Appleton on Instagram, along with first look pictures of the Maid in Manhattan actor’s bridal style.
Pulled back in a glossy twist, JLo’s hair was completely slicked back into a striking mid-height bun. Appearing in Appleton’s photo slideshow, this final hair look was first flattered by a fingertip-length, silk-trimmed veil, before the singer changed into her pearl-strewn column dress for a series of chic bridal portraits.
