Lopez’s jewel-studded bun made its debut in a video that she posted to her Instagram on January 29. The video shows Lopez in a white dress posing alongside her co-star Maluma to promote the release of their song, ‘Marry Me’, which is set to drop on February 2. Even though the pearls are obviously the stars of the show on Lopez’s head, the rest of J.Lo’s hair is covered in another semi-precious metal that looks like a diamond. The diamonds seem to be connected by a metal chain of sorts and assembled in a fishnet-like pattern.
This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen Lopez wearing jewels on her head instead of around her neck and wrists. In fact, the singer took to Venice, Italy, in August to attend Dolce and Gabbana’s Alta Moda show wearing a headband crafted from what we can only imagine are the most precious of jewels.
Now that J.Lo has pulled off wearing jewels in her hair twice now, it looks like we’ll have to get running to the store to snag some jewels to wear. And if you’re planning to tie the knot anytime soon, this one is a look you may want to bookmark—especially if you’re the kind of bride who plans to make a bold statement at the alter.
