Whether Jennifer Lopez is dancing on table tops during her Mediterranean-themed birthday or sporting summer’s hottest color, the 54-year-old pop diva shows no sign of slowing down. In her latest Instagram post, the singer proved that age is just a number as she appeared barefaced to talk about skincare. More importantly, her latest video gave her millions of fans a closer look at her skincare regime.
“No filter. ALL. ME. #ThisIsMeNow at 54, glowing and happy @JLoBeauty,” Lopez captioned the video, which showcased the star doing her skincare in a beige robe. “I just had a birthday and I feel better than ever,” she declared right at the beginning to set the tone for the reel.

Immediately after, Lopez also explains how she likes to use the JLo beauty products that are part of her daily routine, a claim that has been called out as a lie by many in the past. “Here, for anybody who’s like, ‘JLo doesn’t use her own products on her skin’,” she said, before moving the camera to show a bathroom counter full of JLo beauty products. On her face, she uses ‘That JLo Glow’ serum before moving on to apply sunscreen. “I’ve been wearing sunscreen every day since I was in my very early twenties. You should start at a very young age,” she advises before reiterating that there are no filters or retouching on the video. At 54, this multi-hyphenate looks better than ever.
