Amassing waiting lists and selling out across the globe, Hair Rituel by Sisley has gone from strength to strength since its launch in January this year. Taking over five years to develop, Sisley’s scientific director Jose Ginestar says, “For Sisley, it was crucial to offer the best quality of care for the hair as we do for the skin.” Featuring six fundamental treatments, many which showcased results straight away, the haircare concept looked to formulas which brought together powerful plant-based active ingredients, minerals, and vitamins. “Sisley’s Laboratories have formulated these haircare products in perfect accordance with our philosophy that promotes skin respect, and therefore, by extension to this hair range, a “total” respect of the scalp and the hair fiber,” explains Ginestar.

And now, two new formulas have joined the range: Volumizing Spray and Revitalizing Straightening Shampoo. “Sisley successfully undertook a vast amount of research, including the latest scientific discoveries, identification of innovative ways of action, selection of the most effective active ingredients association to provide the best solutions to the hair and scalp needs,” says Ginestar. For the Volumizing Spray, the focus was on creating a lightweight formula that instantly lifted hair. Creating a new resin which coats each strand, it can withstand factors like humidity and add body, density, and texture to limp hair.
The Revitalizing Straightening Shampoo was created for those with thick, curly and unruly hair. With a sulfate-free formula, containing the vitalizing fortifying complex it works to offer dual action results like its predecessors. “A special care of the scalp is needed, as the condition of the hair directly depends on its health,” explains Ginestar, “The hair that is going to grow will be stronger and denser, shiner, radiant with vitality,” he continues. As with the initial six products, this new duo has been created for every hair type, and for both men and women, so even your husband can have a glossy and healthy looking ‘do too.
