Global beauty giant Estée Lauder has just announced the appointment of Parisian makeup artist Violette as its new global beauty director. The French beauty, who is known for her fresh take on color and daring style, will work with the team, from developing products to education and training. Already known for her YouTube channel, with just under 90 000 subscribers, and her 93 000 Instagram followers, she will also assist in public relations initiatives and digital content creation. Honing her skills and using said platforms, Violette will open up the conversation with brand and consumer as she shares her thoughts on her favorite products and looks.

She understood beauty is a way of expressing yourself, a way to celebrate femininity. And that is also my philosophy.
