Mark your calendars—dates for the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2024 have been announced.
Whether you were a participant in the recent 2023 edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, or have been waiting for the next one, you will want to mark your calendars as dates for the 2024 challenge have been revealed. The long-awaited month-long annual initiative will take place from October 26 to November 24, 2024, encouraging Dubai residents to join in a series of challenges that promote a healthier lifestyle.
Spearheaded by known fitness enthusiast HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, the challenge was launched in 2017 and has since grown exponentially in its various programs and participants. This year marks the 8th edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which is sure to host some of its cornerstone events including Dubai Ride, Dubai Run, Dubai Women’s Run, and new additions like Dubai South Run, and Dubai Stand-Up Paddle. There are also plenty of other activities that take over the city, including group fitness classes by renowned instructors from around the world, such as HIIT, yoga, Zumba, calisthenics, weightlifting, and more. For those who wish to go on a solo fitness journey, the main goal of the challenge remains: To complete 30 minutes of exercise each day for 30 days, also known as 30×30.
