The comedy queen lets Vogue Arabia into her makeup secrets, with this hands-on tutorial. Filmed behind the scenes at the Palazzo Versace Dubai during her stunning beauty shoot for the July/August issue of Vogue Arabia, the Egyptian Tiktok star shows that a simple look is often the best. Her “anywhere anytime look” uses Marei’s own tried-and-tested favorite products.

“This makeup look is all about enhancing and bringing out my existing beauty, and creating a wide-awake face with enhanced lashes and a full lip,” explains Marei. “One of the reasons this look is my go-to, is that it’s versatile and can work for all occasions, perfect for morning and can pass as a night look as well.”
Her beauty advice for Vogue Arabia readers? “Enjoy the process of wearing makeup, whether it’s while listening to your favorite song or drinking coffee from your favorite cup. And reflect on how you are a beautiful canvas as well as the artist.” Oh, and “never skip setting spray.”
