Christian Louboutin Just Dropped Some Punchy New Shades For Summer

When it comes to beauty, summer is the time to get experimental with serious shades of color. The bolder, the brighter, the better, we say. Christian Louboutin clearly feels the same way, having just added two new colors to his iconic Pop family for high summer 2017. “More is more,” he explained to Vogue Arabia on the advent of the magazine’s launch in Fall 2016. As bold as they come, the new polishes draw inspiration from Louboutin’s latest collection, Loubi-Athlete Fall 2017, and are featured in the campaign too. As the name might suggest, the collection looks to sport with a fun twist.

First up, “Baraboum” is a bold blue reminiscent of royalty, with the second color, “Bolidonna,” offering up a bright berry violet shade. Following previous polishes, the formula is as powerful as the color. Highly pigmented, you can expect an ultra-glossy finish in one coat, with a chip-free finish. What’s more, there’s zero toluene, formaldehyde, or DBP in the mix. Arriving in the iconic Louboutin packaging, each polish features a silver metallic cap so they sit pretty on your dressing table.

New Pops are available now from Christian Louboutin boutiques across the Middle East, with prices starting from 240 AED/SAR; US $65.
