Returning for its 78th edition, the Venice Film Festival has seen no shortage of high wattage makeup looks, with international celebrities making their way down the red carpet throughout the festival’s full calendar of events, awards, and film premieres. With the industry film event running from September 1 to 11, Arab stars were out to represent in style. Among our favorite beauty looks were Egyptian actor Yasmine Sabri in a nude lip and sultry brown eye look, and Emirati news anchor Mahira Abdelaziz in rosy-hued lips and lids to off-set her head-to-toe Valentino wardrobe.
Other noteworthy looks include American actor Zendaya’s wet look hair, perfectly paired with her now-iconic custom Balmain dress, and a very FW21 plum lip plus smoky eyes look on Spanish actor Penelope Cruz.
