The Fall ’17 Beauty Trends You Can Wear Now

With the Fall 2017 Ready-to-Wear shows complete and Resort 2018 underway, we take a look at the standout fall looks we can’t wait to incorporate into our everyday beauty routines. If the runways of New York and London Fashion Week are any indication, blue eye makeup is back, and it’s bolder than ever. Azure lids popped up all over the New York Fashion Week runways, including Prabal Gurung, Oscar de la Renta, and Jason Wu, where black mascara was swapped for a striking swipe of blue. The beauty trend also caught on at Versus Versace, where models were sent down the runway sporting graphic washes of varying shades of blue. When it comes to how we’ll be wearing our hair this fall, ribbons—which were spotted at Tory Burch, Marchesa, and most recently Emilia Wickstead—are proving to be the must-have accessory.

In Milan, bold splashes of color illuminated the runways. At Versace, models sported vivid, technicolored hair (reminiscent to the Fall 2002 Haute Couture show). Meanwhile, electric-colored lashes at Emilio Pucci suggests that blue, green, and red are the new black—at least when it comes to mascara.

As the grand finale of fashion month, beauty lovers can count on Paris Fashion Week for a serious dose of inspiration. See Balmain, where Olivier Rousteing’s #BalmainArmy took to the runway sporting scene-stealing eyes and hair. Meanwhile at Rochas, low-slung ponytails were adorned with a romantic, black bow.

Here, the most striking beauty looks from Fashion Month.
