The Middle East doesn’t do anything by halves. So when it comes to shopping for a new fragrance , why should it be any different? Newly opened in Festival City Mall in Dubai, Beautique is redefining your experience one scent at a time. The homegrown store is debuting the concept of enjoying a VIP encounter when you’re looking for that perfect perfume. With a philosophy set in ensuring you don’t simply pick up a bottle from a shelf, but instead go on a journey discovering the story and concept behind it, Beautique puts a new spin on the experience of finding your perfect scent.
The store is spread across 330 square meters and houses a whole host of niche and exclusive perfume. Attention to detail is key when it comes to setting the scene, with feature walls of malachite, and emerald green and gold brass decor. Currently stocking 35 brands from across the globe, the focus is on high-quality scents that are far from commercial. From The Merchant of Venice to Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Ormonde Jayne, the offering merges East and West.
Beautique has a mission statement to debut exclusive scents in the region. Currently on display is Fiore Di Portofino from Italian brand Moresque, which celebrates the rich art and culture of the Arab world. The third perfume in its Art Collection, the scent pulls inspiration from the coastal village of Portofino and features floral and amber notes. Beautique will also be hosting meet and greets with masters of the perfume world – Hervé Gambs and Thomas Kosmala visited this month – so for those true lovers of perfume, it’s worth staying up to date with its happenings.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, Beautique will be open from 10am to midnight from Saturday to Wednesday, and 10am to 1am on Thursday and Friday.
