Renowned for her dance cardio craze workouts shaking up the fitness realm in Los Angeles, New York, and London, celebrity trainer and author Simone De La Rue counts Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Chrissy Teigen, Reese Witherspoon, and Jennifer Garner as fans of her Body By Simone workouts. Like her A-list clients, Simone is a working mother, also appearing on Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian. De La Rue’s mantra is simple: “Just start with 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. It’s about finding a way to fit in an effective workout as part of creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that you love.”

For sculpting enviably lean dancer arms, Simone keeps a resistance band at hand to add intensity to upper body workouts. Tried and tested moves include overhead tricep shredders, shoulder sliders, and skiers to carve the upper back and obliques. And who does she think has the most enviable arms in Hollywood? “Jennifer Garner. We trained for three months together in the run up to filming Peppermint, knowing she needed to look like an action figure. She was incredibly dedicated and gave everything during training. In the film she looked incredible. It was definitely a proud moment for me.”
