The Lebanese designer known for his elaborate, embroidered gowns and intricate beadwork will be designing JLo’s stage wardrobe for her upcoming Planet Hollywood residence shows in Las Vegas. But for the Zuhair Murad Spring 2016 ready-to-wear offering, the designer did not take to the stage, but rather to the seas for inspiration; his naval-themed daywear collection featured nautical stripes on fit and flair dresses, tailored separates, and ruffled silhouettes. Lip motifs added a quirky touch while oversized embroidered floral appliqués made a bold statement on eveningwear numbers.
