The rich and talented have flocked once again to Dubai to partake in the world’s most important art event of the year, Art Dubai. The event kicks off today and will run through March 21, 2015 at the Madinat Jumeirah. Style.com/Arabia got a sneak peek of the collections and can confirm that the ninth edition of the world’s leading art fair promises to outdo itself, yet again.
The fair gathers over 90 international galleries from 40 countries, showcasing both contemporary and modern masterpieces by established and up-and-coming talents, and introduces a schedule packed with various activities, including The Abraaj Group Art Prize and the Global Art Forum: an initiative featuring commissioned projects, as well as live talks centered on “Technology and Art,” and several workshops including The Sheikha Manal Little Artist Program, and Campus Art Dubai.
