As announced back in May, the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience is returning for a second edition at the Dubai Mall from October 30 to November 1, 2014.
In collaboration with Vogue Italia, led by Editor-in-Chief, Franca Sozzani, the three-day event serves as a platform to promote emerging talent from across the globe and highlight some of the Middle East’s most promising designers.
A high point of the event, the Dubai Mall Fashion Catwalk, will see eight international talents showcase their Spring-Summer 2015 collections special runway show on October 30. Madiyah Al Sharqi and n3 (both UAE) and Asudari (KSA) will rub shoulders with other rising designers, including Christopher Esber (Australia), J.JS Lee (South Korea), Miuniku (India), Stella Jean (Italy), and the winner of 2014’s Who Is On Next?, a fashion talent competition set up by Vogue Italia and Alta Roma. With a front row at last year’s Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience that included top industry personalities, it is a unique opportunity for these designers to propel their brands further.
In addition, the ‘International Talents Showcase’ will offer the chance for 20 up-
and-coming designers to exhibit their Women and Accessories S/S 2015 collections at the Armani hotel on the last two days, including Endemage (Oman), Hooked (Lebanon), Reem Al Kanhal (KSA), and Shamsa Alabbar (UAE).
