On top of the news that Valentino is planning to show a new couture offering in New York in December, the fashion house is taking its July show on the road—back home to Rome, where its ateliers are. According to Women’s Wear Daily, Valentino will be celebrating the opening of its new flagship in the city’s Piazza Mignanelli in conjunction with the show. It will resume its Paris slot for Spring Couture in January 2016.
