London College of Fashion (LCF) is back in the Middle East with a range of 16 workshops, scheduled from October 8th to 22nd.
Held at Vida hotel in Downtown Dubai, some of the most in-demand classes to recur will include Fashion Design, Social & Digital Media for Fashion, and Fashion Marketing, while the Starting Your Own Fashion Label series will return for a new instalment by popular demand. With an ever-growing scene of regional fashion talent, the program will offer an overview on what it takes for aspiring designers to prepare themselves when launching their own label.
Two new short courses are also being introduced this season: James Clark, merchandising specialist with over 25 years’ experience at Debenhams and House of Fraser will tutor the Fashion Merchandising class while attendees of the Planning Luxury Fashion Brand Management Consultancy course can attend one-on-one lectures with Dr. Pascal Portanier, a leading luxury branding consultant who has worked for two decades for luxury brands such as Lagerfeld, Lancôme, L’Oréal. and Clarins.
LCF is a UK specialist fashion college, which includes the notorious Cordwainers College for footwear and accessories (Jimmy Choo and Rupert Sanderson are two of their most celebrated graduates).
