Tomorrow, Symphony Boutique, located in the Dubai Mall, is marking the launch of the Spring 2013 season by hosting a special event. The Arabic-theme will include a photo-booth with Khaleeji props, Arabic-inspired nail-art, regional treats and the attendance of Latifa Al Shamsi, MyFashDiary’s Tala Samman, and Kuwait’s PLTQ8. The evening will also unite regional designers with 10% of all proceeds from the evening and from the following week’s sales going towards the Foundation Dubai Cares, which works towards improving children’s access to quality primary education in developing countries.
Up for auction include such gems as a Reem Juan dress; a Lum by Lama Taher gown; various looks from Razan Alazzouni, Madiyah Al Sharqi, and Maryam Omaira; custom gowns by Maryam Omaira and Malaak; an embellished abaya from the Abeer Al Suwaidi collection; and a London College of Fashion course in Dubai.
