International fashion weeks are kind of like the ultimate style Olympics, with the gathering of the most elegant, creative, out-there, trendy, and fresh-off-the-runway looks, but real style is not whether you can sport the latest cool designer’s “total look”—it’s whether or not you are able to give your personal daywear a spin. Our resident street style photographer, Moez Achour, takes to the streets to look for the most stylish people across the Middle East.
Today’s edition of Style on the Street is a special one as we’re introducing you to two friends of Style.com/Arabia. The first is our VOICES contributor and one of the Middle East’s best dressed, Anum Bashir. The art-meets-fashion blogger who goes by the name Desert Mannequin paid us a visit from Doha and we loved her menswear-inspired look and perfectly curated accessories.
The second guest we’d like you to meet is Peggy, our Editor-in-Chief’s four-month-old pug puppy who is debuting her modeling career in this photo.
