It feels a little melodramatic to say belts are back, but the accessory was more or less missing from our wardrobes for the past few years, so the iterations we’re seeing today do feel fresh. We particularly like the looks of simple brown leather belts, which lend themselves to the svelte ’70s silhouette everyone is after: Cinch it around a sweater or blouse and an A-line mini, or wrap it around a pair of hip-hugging flares.
