In a continuous quest to find and support new talent, Prada has just announced that it has launched an international writing competition in partnership with Italian publishing House, Giangiacamo Feltrinelli Editore.
The concept is developed around Prada’s desire to design eyewear capable of expressing a unique personality and emphasizing individual style. If you are up for the challenge, you can enter your essay on the following subject: “What are the realities that our eyes give back to us? And how are these realities filtered through lenses?”
Submissions can be made only once per person and the writer must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission. The winner, or winners, will each receive 5,000 Euros and the essay will be published as a digital book available to read on the Prada website. Open your laptops and sharpen your pencils, the contest opens today and runs until June 18th.
