Italian label, Tod’s, is offering a tribute to the people’s princess, Lady Diana, by creating a book in her honor, entitled Timeless Icon. The renamed D-Bag was a favorite of the late Princess of Wales and the functional tote has also evolved and can now be seen on the arm of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, wife of Diana’s son Prince William. Enjoy this sneak peek video which highlights the soft, fresh femininity of the new design, as well as the craftsmanship, as one bag alone can take between three and four months to produce. Tod’s book Timeless Icon, featuring 92 inspiring images of Lady Diana carrying the Tod’s classic leather tote that she loved so dearly, will be available in stores this coming March.
