The sixth edition of Riyadh Fashion Days, an event launched in response to the burgeoning desire among locals to pursue a career in fashion design, is nearing. From March 1st to April 30th, the Maison Bo-M Galeries in the Nujoud Mall will host the fashion event, inviting guests to shop ready-to-wear, evening, farwah/bisht, abayas, kidswear, fine and fashion jewelry, bags, shoes, scarves, and other hair accessories from regional designers.
Maison Bo-M Galeries, which is positioning itself as an incubator of sorts for emerging fashion talent, has participated in the debuts of the likes of Razan Alazzouni, SOTRA, Fyunka, and LUM, and has called on regional designers to submit their Spring 2015 lookbooks for consideration at info@maisonbo-m.com. Over 25 brands will be selected to showcase collections at the event, which will also include panel discussions uniting bloggers and press in a continued effort to boost local talents.
