Poppy Delevingne Ties the Knot in Custom Chanel

popp-wedding

Earlier today, Poppy Delevingne married James Cook at St. Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge, London, wearing a custom Chanel gown. Unsurprisingly, the dress was beyond lovely, featuring feminine short sleeves, intricate beading, white flower appliqués, and a sheer train. But it’s also worth noting that Poppy opted for relaxed waves—not a fancy updo—and a very simple veil. She was hardly your typical gussied-up bride, and we love that she looked like her natural self. Younger sis and chief bridesmaid Cara looked just as charming in a fluttery white Chanel dress. If you aren’t familiar, the head bridesmaid in English weddings always wears white. (Remember the worldwide confusion over Pippa Middleton at the Royal Wedding?) Also worth noting? Cara’s new bunny, Cecil Delevingne, appears to have participated in the ceremony, too. Talk about a family affair.
