Step aside, Amazon! The Yoox Group is also interested in purchasing Net-a-Porter. Both Yoox S.p.A. and Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, Net-a-Porter’s parent company, confirmed that discussions are currently under way between the two companies, however no further comment can be made at this stage.
