Cooking With Dalia Dogmoch on the Jamie Oliver Food Tube

Dubai-based culinary personality Dalia Dogmoch has been hand-picked by British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver to be the first presenter from the region on his popular Food Tube channel. The Syrian-German author, entrepreneur, and presenter whips up everyday dishes with a Middle Eastern twist for the two million food lovers subscribed to the Jamie Oliver channel. In her first episode, she demonstrates how to make a Middle Eastern favorite, za’atar, which is used in many of her dishes. Her most recent video, which has already racked up 27K views, shows foodies how to make an egg white omelet infused with labneh and sumac.

Born in London and having lived in Paris and New York, the celebrated chef was exposed to a variety of dishes, which enriched her love for food. After moving to Beirut, she opened her first food concept, Kitsch Bakery & Café, which she expanded after taking up residence in Dubai with Kitsch Cupcakes and Kitsch Counter; the latter has a menu of wholesome foods. She also shares her favorite original recipes from her best-selling debut cookbook, Food, Love and Life from Dalia’s Kitchen, on her blog Dalia’s Kitchen.
