Every year, Italian label Marni makes a concerted effort to celebrate and nurture the youthful, creative freedom of children. This year sees the birth of the project titled “Children’s Imaginary World”.
Underprivileged kids in Columbia, Tibet, and Kenya, were invited to draw a story focusing on the theme of “my country”. The children produced colorful, inspirational drawings that were then translated onto jersey t-shirts and canvas utilitarian tote bags and clutches.
The limited edition Children’s Imaginary World collection will be sold exclusively in the UAE at the Marni boutique at Mall of the Emirates. Proceeds will go towards schools and associations in an effort to encourage learning, explore creativity, and raise hopes for a brighter future for all.
