Tracy Sedino is in town. And those who meet the better half of Simon Jablon, owner of Linda Farrow, will have a front row seat to her particularly bubbly personality.
“We couldn’t find a better place than sunny Dubai to celebrate our 10-year anniversary,” Sedino (the brand’s Marketing Director) said with a smile. “We are eager to develop our activities in the Middle East and to understand the taste of the region.”
The anniversary event was celebrated at Boutique 1 in the Mall of the Emirates, where guests gathered to view Linda Farrow’s limited edition collection while sipping on fresh juices and nibbling on sunglasses-shaped cookies—or taking selfies with Linda Farrow’s statement sunglasses.
The exhibited 10-Year Anniversary pieces were created in collaboration with ten specialist designers and fashion studios from around the world. The collection includes The Shoe by Nicholas Kirkwood, The Bag by Bottega PB1, and The Doll by J. David McKenney, among others, and was displayed next to the brand’s many other limited edition sunglasses designed in collaboration with the likes of Dries Van Noten, Oscar de la Renta, The Row, Matthew Williamson, and Khaleda Rajab and Fahad Almarzouq, who both attended the event.
