As Ramadan approaches, creatives from around the world are producing especially designed pieces exclusive to the Middle East region. However, only a few products catch our eye, ones made with heart and meant to deliver a meaning that will resonate. Multi-disciplinary designer, Aljoud Lootah, has partnered with Level Shoe District to create an exclusive pattern inspired from the constellations. The design, will be incorporated into the store’s architecture, furniture, and windows, and especially commissioned on lanterns and tables. A contemporary majlis will be created within the heart of the store and modern Arabic music will play and traditional dates served to customers after sundown. The unique pattern will also be printed onto 500 limited edition canvas tote bags, available for purchase at the store during the Holy Month.
All proceeds from the sale of the 160 AED bag will be donated to a local charity.
