The buzz surrounding Kanye West’s Adidas collection might have drowned out the other big news from his show (other than the insane front row): Kylie Jenner’s fashion week debut. While much of the show was cast via a public call, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan (and Yeezy’s sister-in-law) posed in West’s presentation in a black shearling jacket and little else.
Modeling isn’t exactly a new pursuit for Jenner, considering she did just pose as a blond bombshell for Love magazine. This biggest difference for her most likely was the makeup; while she favors dramatic looks involving bold cat-eyes and pouty red lips, West had his models sport a more natural look, save for the bold brows.
Whether Kylie books other shows at NYFW has yet to be seen, but she’s off to a strong start.
