Each of the six girls on the list (five of whom are still in their teens) walked in more than 50 shows throughout New York, London, Milan, and Paris. The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear the case of Muslim teen Samantha Elauf, who was denied a job at Abercrombie & Fitch because she wears a head scarf for religious reasons. The company’s defense is that according to its “look policy,” all salespeople, whom it refers to as “models,” must wear clothing similar to what is stocked in stores and are prohibited from wearing hats.
