“I’m here, and I brought Kendall!” exclaimed Marc Jacobs, clad in a fur coat as he entered the pandemonium at Bookmarc, where Gigi Hadid was already signing copies of the latest issue of Love magazine. Even though the store was this close to exceeding the maximum capacity—Kendall Jenner does have 19.3 million followers on Instagram—it managed to host all her fans, and Jenner was all smiles when we chatted with her about her fashion week plans and posing in the buff for Love.
What was it like being at the Kanye West x Adidas Originals show, and seeing your little sister, Kylie, walk the runway?
It was awesome. I think she did very well, and his line was amazing, and it was really cool.
What are your plans for NYFW?
I’ve got a lot going on! I just did [Alexander] Wang, and now I’m here. But yeah, I’ve got a lot going on.
What was it like working with Katie Grand and Cara Delevingne on the Love shoot?
Actually, this specific shoot was the first shoot Cara and I did—like, this was the first time we ever really hung out. And we, like [snaps fingers], immediately—Katie knows!—we were just laughing the entire time! We couldn’t even keep a straight face. She was like, “Alright, let’s calm down! No more laughing!”
