As a contributing fashion editor for British Vogue, Kate Moss has called on her close friend Lara Stone and former boyfriend Mario Sorrenti to collaborate on a new “she-wolf” fashion spread for the September issue, which is being described as a wild fairytale.
To accompany the fashion shoot (that she styled, as well), Moss also turned her hand to film directing, a first for the supermodel and occasional singer, who can now add one more notch to her belt. Adding a raw quality to the short video, entitled “The Wolf in Her,” the 40-year-old model filmed Stone posing with wolf-like dogs on Super 8, to match Sorrenti’s mystical images.
And proving that she likes to keep it close, Moss’ husband Jamie Hince’s band, The Kills, provided the soundtrack. We’re curious what’s on-deck next.
