Designer Rodolfo Paglialunga gave the Jil Sander Spring 2016 ready-to-wear collection a slight shake up. The brand that is renowned for its minimalist approach to fashion softened its edges under Paglialunga’s watch and featured white cutout dresses with frayed tailoring embellishments, dress shirt jumpers with criss-cross detailing and knotted waist, sky blue silk pajama pants with lace flower overlays, and several gray leather looks including a trench and a bomber with paint slashes.

Spring 2016 Inspiration: Chic minimalism with a feminine twist.
Star Pieces: The bone white silk, tiered skirt comes across as structured rather than fluffy and will offer a more tailored alternative to the various ruffle skirts we’ve seen on the catwalk for Spring 2016. The asymmetrical off-the-shoulder white silk blouse with beige crepe tapered pants is a beautiful, relaxed luxe offering.
The Middle Eastern Sale: The neutral palette is a visually calming choice against our desert backdrop.
