Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Sweet Temptation

 JLC crop

Who said it wasn’t good to have a sweet tooth? Jaeger-LeCoultre salves our conscience by adding a certified organic label to its newly launched honey colony from Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux, home to the luxury watchmaker.
But the brand’s new honey production is more than just a sweet temptation: it hired Franck Crozet, a professional bee keeper from the region, to install and take care of the ten hives set up in front of the watch manufacturer’s facilities. This initiative is an evident ethical manifesto, aiming to raise the environmental awareness amongst Jaeger-LeCoultre’s visitors and employees and show the brand’s commitment to preserving the environment (bee colonies have been declining at an alarming rate.) Thus, from now on, Jaeger-LeCoultre visitors can watch the busy bees at work and enjoy a delicious souvenir.
