Giorgio Armani, who is celebrating his 40th anniversary this year, launched a book to highlight his most intimate memories. Yet today’s Giorgio Armani Spring 2016 ready-to-wear offering didn’t feel like an ode to his past. To begin, the collection employed color, and a great deal of it. The hue highlighted was red but variants of pinks and corals also appeared on outerwear and separates. There were plenty of tailored shorts in this collection and even a bloomer one-piece.
