Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Alessandra Ambrosio Showcase the Balmain x H&M Collection

Building up to the Balmain x H&M collection official launch on November 5th, Olivier Rousteing staged a runway show in New York, featuring a whopping 71 looks. The presentation showcased both womenswear and menswear designs that reflected the Balmain house’s signatures. A star-studded model lineup, including Gigi and Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Jourdan Dunn, and Alessandra Ambrosio, walked down the runway in ultra-embellished, jewel-toned dresses; plunging V-neck numbers; shiny satin miniskirts and pants; body-hugging tops with knotted rope details; and oversized tailored jackets featuring razor-sharp shoulders, brass buttons, and opulent embroidered details.

No Balmain collection is complete without bold accessories; looks on the catwalk were styled with thigh-high boots, caged heels, large gold-metallic belts, cuff bracelets, and statement earrings.

In our exclusive interview, Rousteing acknowledged that he was inspired by the women of the Middle East. “For them, only the best will do and as a creative director, you can’t ask for anything more. When I’m designing, it’s amazing to know that there are customers like the women of the Middle East who want the best from me and want me to push myself to make something exceptional.” And that’s precisely what our regional ladies can expect when the collection hits stores in two weeks.
