Fatema Fardan, the Emirati fashion designer who dressed Eva Longoria in a pink dress for her appearance at the Global Gift Gala in Dubai in December, is set to present her second collection (Fall 2015) on the evening of February 13th during New York Fashion Week. Hosting the soirée will be Julia Restoin Roitfeld, the model and blogger behind Romy and the Bunnies, with music by The Misshapes, the New York City-based creative collective composed of DJs Leigh Lezark, Geordon Nicol, and Greg Krelenstein.
The emerging designer launched her eponymous 50s and 60s-inspired collection to press and VIPs in Dubai in December 2014.
