The third edition of Cairo’s Fashion Nights (CFN3) kicks off this Saturday.

For this edition, Susan Sabet, founder of the event and Editor of Pashion Magazine, invited Elisa Sednaoui, the model, actress, and Sednaoui Department Stores heiress, to co-host the annual event, which will be held between 3-10pm on January 18th, at the Semiramis InterContinental Hotel in Cairo.

Reputed as a face of several luxury labels, including Chanel, Armani, and Diane von Furstenberg, Sednaoui will help to promote Egyptian designers and retailers during the 7-hour shopping marathon, as well as raise money through a VIP charity auction and a donation from the designer’s sales. The proceeds will go to Sednaoui’s eponymous foundation, which focuses on building creative learning projects throughout Egypt.

The auction, which will be held on January 17th, will put key pieces on sale, donated by leading fashion designers from both the regional and international industry, including Alberta Ferretti, Calvin Klein, Charlotte Olympia, Christian Louboutin (Sednaoui is Louboutin’s god daughter), Diane Von Furstenberg, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Azza Fahmy, Rami Al Ali, Rabih Kayrouz, Reem Al Kanhal, Tahir Sultan, and Toujouri, amongst others.

Inspired by Vogue’s Fashion’s Night Out, Cairo’s Fashion Nights was launched in 2011, in order to serve as a spring-board for the local retail industry and up-and-coming Egyptian designers.

See the list of participating brands on Pashion Magazine’s Facebook page and, if you’re in Cairo, enjoy the shopping fest.
