Dina Khalifé’s Exclusive Capsule Collection for D’NA

Reputed Saudi Arabian concept boutique D’NA has collaborated with Dina Khalifé on a Spring 2014 capsule collection, Khalifé’s first full collection of dresses. The Beirut-born designer saw her career kick-started in 2011 when she was spotlighted by the Starch foundation, Rabih Kayrouz’ non-profit which helps launch emerging Lebanese designers. In 2012, she ventured out on her own with her eponymous label.

Inspired by the blooming flowers of Andalucía, Spain, the exclusive capsule collection comprises eleven floor length dresses, featuring modest cuts, vibrant colors, and detailed prints. To wit: one dress showcases a bustling underwater seascape printed skirt and contrasting citrus-colored sandfish, while another is dotted with elegant elephants. All dresses are made of silk twill or crepe.

Slip one of these dresses on to evoke hope and youthful optimism.

The collection will be available in D’NA’s Riyadh store on December 10th, and then in its Qatar location beginning on January 10th. In the meantime, take a sneak peek at the collection in the above images.
