Damac Esclusiva, the 150m tall tower in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, co-designed with Fendi Casa, just won the Best Interior Design Apartment Saudi Arabia prize at the 2013-2014 Arabian Property Awards.
The highly anticipated ‘Damac Esclusiva’ building is set on King Fahad Road facing the Kingdom Tower, in the heart of Riyadh, and is due for completion in 2016. Besides its distinguished Fendi Casa design on 30 floors, the interior also features an impressive lobby with gilt metal blade constructions hanging from the ceiling that recreate the architecture of arches and columns, inspired by Roman vaults.
Gold, marble, and light grey blue hues define the oriental-flavored color-palette of the interiors, while hand-knotted rugs, bronze colored silk, leather covered sofas, and gold leaf embossing characterize the opulent, Roman aesthetic, of the Fendi Casa pieces used to furnish the private apartments. Moreover, client hospitality will include in-home chefs and personal shoppers, fully equipped gymnasiums, health clubs, and a luxury spa, next to Damac’s reputed butler services.
