Fashion Forward (FFWD), the region’s runway platform for established and up-and-coming designers, is set to return for a fourth season from October 4th to 6th at The Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. “Season 3 received so much support, which has translated into commercial success for us across the board, proving to be a great year for the fashion industry as a whole here in the region,” Bong Guerrero, CEO of FFWD said in conversation with Style.com/Arabia. “For the coming season, we strive to continue to flourish, projecting our designers and the platform itself into the public eye regionally and internationally. We are excited to welcome the most incomparable talent onto our credible fashion platform for an even stronger Season 4.” Designer registration, both for runway and the showroom (The Garden), will open tomorrow, June 24th, via an online application. Season Four will also emphasize the already existing partnership with Dubai Design District (d3), as a key component of the event, as both parties look to foster fashion industry dialogues. Since its launch in April 2013, FFWD has showcased three successful seasons, which welcomed over 45,000 professionals of the local, regional, and international fashion industry, 35 Middle Eastern runway designers, and100 accessories designers.
