The 16th edition of Bisat Al Reeh (meaning “magic carpet festival”), the highly anticipated annual charity festival, which takes place during the holy month of Ramadan in Jeddah, will start tomorrow, June 22nd. Organized by the National Home Health Care Foundation (NHHCF), the exhibition plays host to a variety of fashion, jewelry, food, and lifestyle vendors, showcasing their products to a large attendance of women from across the Kingdom and the region. Launched in 2000, the bazaar aims to raise funds to support a number of charity programs under the NHHCF organization.
This year’s participants include UAE-based wedding registry service and luxury gift boutique White Almonds; Lebanese furniture designer Nada Debs; Lebanese handbag designer Sarah Beydoun of Sarah’s Bag; Saudi designer Nora Al Shaikh, who will feature her elephant kaftan collection; Saudi designer Haifa Fahad, who will showcase her 2015 capsule collection; and Kuwait-based kaftan label Hamsa by Sharifa Al Ghanim.
Bisat Al Reeh will be held from June 22nd to 25th from 9pm to 2am (women only) and on June 26th from 9pm to 2am (families) at the Jeddah Centre for Forum & Events, Jeddah, KSA.
