Our first Pre-Fall appointment happened way back before Thanksgiving, and we’ve still got all of January to go, with the likes of Balmain and Balenciaga showing in Paris during Haute Couture. That’s two solid months of pre-season collections, one trip halfway around the world for Dior’s Tokyo show, another shorter jaunt to Salzburg, Austria, for Chanel, and a lot of taxi receipts. We’re pausing at the Pre-Fall midway point to call out the strongest, most agenda-setting looks so far. See them in the slideshow, above.
