Bambah boutique founder, Maha Abdul Rasheed, grew up idolizing Egyptian style icons Soad Hosny, Mariam Fakhr Eddine, and Sabah. “Early on, I became especially fond of ‘50s styles, which represent an era of elegance that we don’t see nowadays,” explained Abdul Rasheed. The boutique founder has since launched her Bambah line, featuring oversized bows, flower prints, and full skirts, which we first introduced in August of last year and which could most recently be seen on blogger Shoestova on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet.
Now, ahead of Ramadan, Abdul Rasheed will host a trunk show at her store featuring Bambah and Mochi kaftans. The latter label has just launched its Uzbekistan collection, and from the looks of the above picture featured on Bambah’s Instagram, the kaftans will showcase new styles highlighting geometric shapes on smock silhouettes.
Wednesday, June 3rd, from 10am—10pm at Bambah boutique, 142 Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai.
